+ Add Vessel button — top-right. Active when you have capacity remaining. Greys out and disables when you've hit your tier limit.
Upgrade banner — appears in amber when you're at your limit, with a direct "Upgrade now" button linking to the dashboard membership section.
Empty state — if no vessels exist yet, shows a ⛵ icon, a prompt, and an "+ Add First Vessel" button.
Vessel grid — cards display in a responsive grid (auto-fill, min 300px each). Inactive boats are dimmed to 65% opacity.

Toggle at the top of the edit page controls how many fields are visible
04
Simple mode (default for new vessels) — shows only the fields needed to get listed quickly: name, photo, description, selling points, seasonal location, min guests, min hours, base price, and amenities.
Full mode (default for existing vessels) — reveals all settings: vessel type, MMSI, licence, operational area, default skipper, berth logistics, wait staff & chef config, cancellation policy, house rules, add-ons, flash deals, F&B, service partners, and crew requirements.
Preference is saved — your choice is stored in localStorage per vessel, so it persists between sessions without resetting.
Switch any time — toggling mode never loses data. Hidden fields retain their values.
New operators: Start in Simple mode. Fill in the four required fields and hit Save to get your first listing live. Come back to Full mode to add detail.

06
Three lines, max 80 characters each — these appear on your vessel card in the marketplace search results, beneath the boat name. The first thing clients read.
Keep them factual and specific — "Air-conditioned cabin for 20 guests" is better than "Amazing experience". Name concrete features or policies.
Available in both modes — selling points are shown in Simple mode and Full mode.
Examples: Air-conditioned cabin for 20 guests · BYO alcohol welcome · Premium sound system & LED lighting

Tell the platform where your vessel is based seasonally
07
Why this matters — the search algorithm uses this data to match your vessel to city-based searches. If your boat is in Gold Coast from April to September, it won't appear for Gold Coast searches outside that range.
Add month ranges — each row has From month, To month, and a city dropdown (47 Australian locations). Add as many rows as needed with "+ Add month range".
Remove rows — the ✕ button removes a row. At least one row is always kept.
Example setup: Jan–Mar → Sydney, Apr–Sep → Gold Coast, Oct–Dec → Sydney

Base hourly rate, guest limits, and the live seasonal price table

Market preview table — once you enter a base price, a live table shows what clients will see across all five seasonal tiers (peak weekday, peak weekend, off-peak weekday, off-peak weekend, public holiday). Multipliers shown in blue (above 1) or grey (at 1).
Max guests (enclosed) — maximum in the cabin/enclosed area. Used for RSA and safety compliance.
Max guests (open water) — optional lower cap for open water conditions. Must be less than enclosed capacity.
Min guests / Min hours — the smallest group and shortest charter you'll accept.
Booking notice (days) — minimum advance notice for this specific vessel. Overrides your account-level default.
Per-boat seasonal pricing — optional override of account-wide multipliers for this vessel only. Useful for premium listings.
