Selected window is highlighted and marked with a tick.
Duration selector uses minus and plus buttons. It cannot go below the slot minimum or above the slot maximum.
Flash deals can set a higher minimum duration for the deal window.
Start times are full-hour options, such as 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:00pm.
Start time choices avoid conflicts with existing bookings and include a turnaround buffer after booked windows.
If a selected time is temporarily unavailable, the page clears that time and shows how long remains before it may become available again.
Confirm button is disabled until both a window and start time are selected. When ready, it shows the selected start and end time.
Early access option appears when the selected window offers early boarding for setup. It can be complimentary, flat-fee or hourly.

False information warning appears under the event selector to remind customers to choose honestly.
Some vessels do not accept certain event types. If the selected event is not accepted, a warning appears and checkout is blocked.
Some event types can automatically require security. When required, the security cost is added to the booking summary.
Some event types can have their own guest maximum. If this applies, the guest selector follows that limit.

Food and beverage section appears when the vessel has available items.
The section shows how many items are available and how many are already selected.
Add or Change button opens the food and beverage sheet.
Selected items are shown on the page with name, price, charging style, minimum order, quantity controls, description, note field and subtotal.
The sheet can filter by all, food or drink where categories are available.
View photos opens the item album when photos exist. The album shows image count, previous, next and close controls.
Item notes let customers add short requests, such as dietary notes or drink preferences.
Quantity controls use minus, typed number and plus. Minimum order is enforced when present.
Per head items use selected quantity as the item count. Per hour items use the selected charter duration. Flat items use quantity.
Confirm selected applies the draft food and beverage choices. Confirm empty closes the sheet with no item selected.
Age confirmation appears before drink selections are applied when the selection includes alcohol items. See section 12 below.
Food and drink selections can waive matching BYO charges where the page shows a waived message.

Age verification appears automatically when the customer taps Confirm in the food and beverage sheet and at least one selected item is marked as containing alcohol.
The food and beverage sheet closes first, then the age verification modal appears centred on screen over a blurred dark backdrop.
The modal shows a wine glass icon, an Age verification heading, and a message that the order includes alcohol and only guests over 18 may consume it.
Yes button applies all draft food and beverage selections β including the alcohol items β and closes the modal.
No β remove alcohol items button strips alcohol items from the draft, reopens the food and beverage sheet, and shows a brief alert naming the removed items.
The modal cannot be dismissed by tapping the backdrop β the customer must actively choose Yes or No.
Non-alcohol items are kept regardless of which button is chosen.
The check is triggered by the contain_alcohol flag on each food and beverage item returned by the API. If that field is missing or false, the modal does not appear.

ASAP request premium adds an urgent booking premium when the customer came through an ASAP request.
Promotion box lets customers enter a code, apply it, remove it, and see feedback and discounts.
GST and grand total update with the booking choices.
Continue to checkout is allowed only when required choices are completed and the booking is not blocked.

How the booking summary works on small screens

Desktop sidebar is replaced by a mobile bottom bar on smaller screens.
When date and duration are selected, the bottom bar shows a short summary and total.
When booking details are missing, the bottom bar shows an empty prompt.
The bottom bar button says Review booking when the booking can continue, or View details when more choices are needed.
Tapping the button opens a drawer with the same booking summary as desktop.
The drawer has a handle, title, close button and summary body.
Tapping the dark background or close button closes the drawer.
Photo views, provider gallery views and food photo views also close when customers tap the dark background or close button.
