Dashboard · Seasonal pricing multipliers
Seasonal pricing multipliers
Automatically scale your base rate by season, day type, and occasion
06
How multipliers work — each value scales your vessel’s base price at checkout. ×1.00 = no change. ×1.25 = 25% above base. Applied automatically — no manual price editing needed.
Effective multiplier panel — top-right of the section. Shows the multiplier currently active today and which season it falls into. Always-on sanity check.
Public holidays auto-detected — NSW public holidays including floating dates (Easter, King’s Birthday, Labour Day) are calculated automatically each year. No manual date entry needed.
Thank you message — below the multipliers. A personal note shown to the client after their booking is confirmed.
Company logo — also in this panel. Appears in booking confirmation emails. Recommended: 200×200px minimum, square or landscape.
Remember: Click the Save button at the bottom right of the panel. Nothing is applied until saved.

Auto scheduling & event controls
Four setting panels below the pricing section
07
Auto Slot Manager — set regular available charter times so you do not need to add the same slots one by one every week. Choose the days, times, and vessels you want to make available.
Max guests per event type — set a different guest cap for specific event categories (e.g. corporate vs birthday). This keeps higher-risk or more crowded events under control.
Disallowed event types — block specific event categories entirely. Clients cannot choose those event types when booking your vessels.
Security requirements by event — specify which event types require licensed security personnel. Clients can be warned early that security staff are needed.
Tip: Use blocked events and security rules together. For example, you may allow a party event but require security staff for it.

Urgent charter leads dispatched in real time — VIP operators only
08
VIP only — this panel is completely hidden for Free and Paid operators.
Pending requests — each card shows the event type, guest count, and duration. A live countdown timer shows how much of the 15-minute response window remains.
⚡ Accept Charter — clicking this link marks you as the accepting operator. The lead moves off the queue for other VIP operators and you receive a banner confirming acceptance.
✗ Decline — passes the request to the next operator in the dispatch queue. Cannot be undone.
Accepted requests — shown below the pending section in green. Prompts you to contact the client directly to confirm a slot.
Client requested your specific boat — a blue badge appears on the request if the client named your specific vessel, not just any available operator.

Only visible when pending approvals exist — the panel is hidden entirely when there are no bookings waiting.
Each row shows — boat name + booking reference, charter date and guest count, grand total, a Details link, and an Approve button.
Approve button — approves the booking without first opening the booking detail page. Useful when you recognise the booking and want to approve quickly.
See all link — top right of the panel. Opens the bookings list showing only bookings that need approval.
Don’t leave these waiting. Payment is authorised but not charged until you approve. The approval window (default 24h) is set per vessel in the vessel edit page.
