This page gives staff the important job information for one confirmed booking. Use it before the charter to check the vessel, date, time, pickup point, meeting instructions, guest notes, skipper details and operator contact.

Use this page before the job to confirm where to go, when to arrive and who to contact.
Check the booking header for the booking reference, boat name, boat type, event type and current booking status.
Read the charter details to confirm the date, time, duration, boarding point and disembark point.
Review event info so you know the guest count, event type and any notes from the guest.
Use the meeting point section to know where to arrive and how early to arrive.
Use Maps, phone and email links to quickly open directions or contact the correct person.

Staff booking detail · Charter details
Date shows the charter day in full, including weekday.
Time shows the start and finish time.
Duration shows how many hours the charter runs.
Board at tells you where guests board the vessel.
Disembark tells you where guests leave the vessel after the charter.
Multiple slots can appear if the booking has more than one charter slot.
Before leaving: double-check the boarding location and time so you arrive at the correct wharf.

If no meeting point is set, contact the operator before the job.
Arrive tells you how many minutes before the charter start time you should be there.
Open in Maps opens directions in Google Maps when a map link is available.
Best practice: arrive early enough to check in with the operator, find the vessel and prepare before guests arrive.

Skipper section appears only when skipper details are available.
Name tells you who is operating or managing the vessel on the day.
Phone can be tapped to call the skipper directly.
Use this when: you need final boarding instructions, vessel position, timing updates or emergency coordination.

Email can be clicked to start an email to the operator.
Phone can be clicked to call the operator when a phone number is available.
Use operator contact for meeting point questions, late changes, access issues or urgent job clarification.
Important: contact the operator before the charter if the meeting point says “Not set yet”.
