After a booking is confirmed, your booking details will show the relevant operator and event information needed for your charter.
For confirmed bookings, customers should first follow the operator instructions shown in their booking confirmation. For platform-related issues, contact BookMyWave support and include your booking reference, event date, and vessel name.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Boat operators remain responsible for vessel operations, crew, safety, licensing, insurance, and maritime compliance.
